Entry #8 - Phew... [By Lisa]

It has already come to the 4th day of our project - well, literally, and so far everything has been well. The interviews are great as expected, or even more, and we have truly learned a lot during the pass few days trying to understand more about AIS community. Walking around the school are little paparazzi taking pictures for 'ethno' - as they call, which is totally hilarious. So far we've done Math project, Science test, and tomorrow all the grades for quarter 3 will be settled. Phew... What a release, ikr?

Anyway, Linda is back and so is Zack. All of us are working really hard for the final production, and we think it will surprise all of you guys - or so we hope :) Yesterday I was horribly sick and couldn't do anything, even posting an entry. In fact, it was a horrible day yesterday. I had a fight with some of my friends and it made me feel despicable of myself. I talked to Susan, and she said she liked the old me better - who accepted for who I was and kept on being confident to improve myself. So yeah, I guess I have to have more high self-esteem and self-confidence. I was born this way, and that's the real me. Sorry, I'm getting out of the topic much, but that was pretty much my day yesterday.

On a totally extremely different hand, today was like the sweetest day of the week. Besides for knowing the fact we're going to have a half day tomorrow and that we've nearly come to the end of quarter 3, we also had a lot of laughter today - and I honestly have no idea why :) I also went to the Elementary school to interview some students and parents, and while at there I met my 'old student'. I was Mr. Matt's assistant during the summer for a kindergarten grade, and there was a really smart student named Kevin. I met him again today, and it was so nice that he still remembered me :D As smart as ever, he made a great interview.

In short, the interview videos will be on during the weekend because I still have to edit them.

Tomorrow's plan: Academic bowl; ViVi's group is coming to my house to record the songs for this project!!! Exciting!!!
